Our Approach

• We utilised the Government Department’s Vision Realisation Office to initiative cross-ecosystem leadership alignment to establish the sector’s long-term policy objectives
• To develop out the objectives we:
  • Drilled down into published objectives to develop sector specific opportunities and issues as a basis for strategy formulation
  • Developed leading key performance indicators (KPIs) that target opportunities and issues directly, which in turn satisfy energy sector policy objectives
  • Optimised the initiative portfolio of the entire country’s energy ecosystem by shortlisting initiatives that directly and positively influence leading KPIs
  • Utilised initiative portfolio optimisation to integrate the Nation’s energy ecosystem strategies to maximise impact of spending
  • Developed an organisation structure for the Government Department, equipped with the right human capital, to implement energy sector transformation
