This global consumer goods organisation was on a transformation journey that required new capabilities and behaviours from its leaders, including consumer demand foresight, Innovation & Design, Digital & Analytics, and 21st Century Brand Building.
We helped to define the core leadership behaviours that would fulfil the new ‘ethos’ of the business
We ran design sprints to rapidly create the content and learning experiences for these fully virtual programmes
We designed and piloted each development programme, to leaders and graduate intakes
We gathered participant feedback to make improvements
We ran train-the-trainer sessions to build delivery capacity
We refresh the programmes each year to keep them relevant to the business’ needs
In 2021 the programmes will have been successfully delivered to 1000 graduates and leaders globally. Participants report that they have loved the “high-value content” delivered “in a fresh way” that is “engaging and interactive”.
