Scott is Q5’s Global Enterprise Operating Model Lead, bringing over 10 years’ consulting experience across the public and private sectors.
He specialises in working closely with business leaders facing complex organisational change: making sense of ambiguity, defining the choices that really matter, and building and leading teams with the right expertise to deliver. His work focuses on complex transformation, operating model redesign and specialist organisation design, particularly in environments where decisions need to be evidence-based, data-led and grounded in a clear understanding of how work really gets done.
Scott is known for bringing structure to knotty, ambiguous challenges – breaking them down, drawing together the right expertise, and translating strategic ambition into pragmatic, deliverable action. He combines a design-led mindset with analytical rigour, helping clients move from complexity to clarity, and from clarity to execution.
Prior to joining Q5, Scott worked at Deloitte Consulting, where he delivered high-profile programmes in highly regulated environments across the Defence, Security and Justice sectors.
Scott holds an undergraduate degree in Design Engineering and a First-Class Master’s degree in Sustainable Engineering from Loughborough University.
