Georgiana is a Senior Consultant at Q5, working with organisations to design and deliver complex transformation programmes. She has experience across healthcare, professional services, media and retail, supporting clients through periods of significant organisational and strategic shift.
She has worked to shape operating models, establish new functions and deliver large-scale initiatives, ensuring organisations are better set up to achieve their strategic priorities. Her work focuses on bringing structure and clarity to complex environments, from national-level transformation programmes through to targeted organisational projects, particularly during critical transition periods.
Alongside her UK experience, Georgiana has supported major transformation programmes internationally, including in Saudi Arabia, giving her a broad perspective on how organisations evolve and adapt in different contexts. She is particularly motivated by seeing strategy come to life in practice – working with leaders to turn plans into tangible outcomes and drive sustainable change.
