Isabel Chalmers

Isabel is a Principal Consultant with experience across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on retail and media. She brings strong analytical thinking, strategic insight, and a collaborative approach to client engagements, supporting organisations through operating model redesign, strategy development, and large-scale transformation programmes. Her client experience spans the public sector, critical national infrastructure, international media organisations, national publications, high street retailers, and cultural heritage institutions.

She holds an MSc in International Relations from the London School of Economics and a first-class degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from the University of Oxford, where she specialised in Macroeconomics and International Security.
