Kirsty is a Director at Q5 and a member of the ANZ Leadership Team. She has more than 15 years’ experience helping organisations navigate complex workforce, organisational and transformation challenges. She works with leaders to align people, culture and ways of working with strategic priorities, enabling organisations to perform at their best.
Kirsty brings a unique perspective shaped by both consulting and in-house experience. Having led large-scale workforce, people and transformation initiatives, she understands the realities of delivering change in complex organisations. She partners closely with leadership teams to design practical, sustainable solutions that strengthen organisational effectiveness, build capability and support long-term performance. Throughout her career, Kirsty has worked with global, national and local organisations across a wide range of sectors, including retail, FMCG, technology, healthcare, financial services and real estate. Her expertise spans workforce strategy, organisation design and employee experience.
She is known for combining strategic insight with a pragmatic approach, helping organisations turn ambitious goals into meaningful outcomes through strong analysis, collaboration and thoughtful design. Before joining Q5, Kirsty held senior leadership roles within the Wesfarmers Group, one of Australia’s largest ASX-listed conglomerates as well as at two of the Big Four professional services firms. Her experience in both P&C functions and consulting enables her to balance the human and commercial aspects of transformation, building trust and engagement at every level of an organisation. Originally from Scotland, Kirsty has called Australia home for more than 20 years.
She lives in Melbourne with her partner, their beautiful son and an equally energetic puppy. Outside of work, they enjoy spending time outdoors and staying active together. Kirsty also serves as President of a local volunteer run community kindergarten.
