Juliet brings more than 20 years of leadership experience across the consumer, media, retail, mobility and lifestyle sectors. She has a strong track record of leading organisations through growth, transformation and periods of significant change.

Most recently, Juliet served as President of the Americas for Brompton Bicycle, where she expanded revenue, increased market share and strengthened profitability, helping establish the company as the leading premium folding bicycle brand in North America. Prior to Brompton, she held senior leadership roles across media and publishing, including CEO of Worth Media and positions at Guardian Media Group, where she led international expansion, commercial transformation, audience growth and strategic partnerships.

Juliet specialises in growth strategy, business transformation, brand building and organisational leadership. She is particularly passionate about the intersection of leadership, culture, customer experience and commercial performance, helping organisations navigate disruption and build more adaptive, human-centred businesses in an increasingly AI-enabled world.
