Michael joined Q5 in August 2024 and is a Senior Consultant in the Data Hub team.
He brings strong analytical and data-handling expertise and enjoys using data to help clients solve complex challenges. Since joining Q5, Michael has worked across a range of sectors including healthcare, high street retail, supermarkets, aviation, and the public sector. He has also supported the development of Q5’s benchmarking and Talent Intelligence capabilities, using analytics and workforce insight to support more than 40 clients over the past year
Prior to joining Q5, Michael spent nine years in scientific research specialising in genetics. He completed a PhD at UCL before going on to lead a NERC funded project at the University of Exeter, where he published several academic papers.
Outside of work, Michael is an avid reader and nature enthusiast who volunteers with the Nottingham Wildlife Trust. He is also a keen sports fan, particularly of Scottish rugby and the Toronto Blue Jays.
