Katie is a consultant based in Q5’s London office, having joined the firm in 2026. She is proactive, analytical, and adaptable, and enjoys working collaboratively with clients to solve complex organisational challenges. She brings a structured, detail-oriented approach to her work and has supported a range of transformation and strategy projects across sectors, including organisational design, operating model transformation, location strategy, and implementation.
Prior to joining Q5, Katie worked as a ski instructor in Canada and gained experience in Spain within an airline’s Digital Transformation team, supporting innovation and sustainability initiatives. Katie graduated from the University of Exeter with a First-Class degree in Business and Management and has lived, studied, and worked across five countries, giving her a global perspective and the ability to adapt quickly to new environments. In her spare time she is an avid skier, hiker, and traveller.
