Fatma Bacha

Fatma is a Consultant at Q5, having supported organisations across the public, private, not-for-profit, and international development sectors through strategy, transformation, workforce optimisation, and people-centred change. Prior to joining Q5, she gained experience with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and a global health and development consultancy, contributing to leadership development, digital innovation, and organisational transformation initiatives. Fatma holds a BA Honors degree in International Relations and Politics.

Known for her collaborative approach and analytical capability, Fatma is passionate about helping people translate complex challenges into practical, sustainable solutions. Outside of work, she is an avid traveller with a keen interest in different cultures and perspectives drawing on her multilingual skills to connect with people from around the world.
