Lewis is a Consultant at Q5 with experience across organisation design, transformation, and communications and engagement. He first joined Q5 as a Research Analyst in 2023 before returning as a Consultant in 2024 after completing his Master’s degree. Since joining Q5, he has worked across the retail, public sector, health, not-for-profit and infrastructure sectors.
Lewis’s recent work has included detailed cost modelling, organisation design implementation and large-scale change management. He brings an analytical, structured and pragmatic approach to solving client challenges, underpinned by a background in economics, data analysis and econometrics. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Bath and an MSc in International Economics, Banking and Finance from Cardiff University.
Alongside work, Lewis is the lead of the Q5 arm of the Young Transformation Alliance (YTA) and is a keen supporter of Welsh rugby.
