Ellie is a personable and conscientious Consultant based in Q5’s London office. She is passionate about helping clients solve complex organisational challenges and deliver meaningful change, through a people-focused approach.
Whilst at Q5, Ellie has supported a range of clients across the Retail, Energy, Public and Not-for-Profit sectors, with a focus on Organisation Design and People Strategy. Her experience working across diverse industries enables her to quickly adapt to new environments, navigate challenges and bring a collaborative approach to client work.
As part of her degree, Ellie spent six months working in the Q5 Foundation where she was responsible for the management and delivery of Pop Up consulting projects, supporting over 15 charities during this time.
Prior to joining Q5, Ellie worked for a leading flexible workspace provider as part of their sales team, developing strong commercial awareness and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ellie holds a First-Class Honors degree in BSc Business from the University of Bath. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, performing arts and spending time with family and friends.
