Binty Sankoh

Binty is a Consultant at Q5 with experience delivering organisational design and transformation projects across the media, retail and financial services sectors. She works with clients to solve complex organisational and operational challenges, combining analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement and structured problem-solving to support strategic decision-making and business change.

Prior to joining Q5, Binty worked as an engineering consultant delivering feasibility studies, capacity modelling and large-scale capital projects for organisations. Her experience spans process optimisation, analysis and stakeholder engagement within highly regulated environments.

Binty holds a First-Class MEng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Bath and is particularly interested in the intersection of technical problem-solving, strategy and organisational transformation.
