Georgia-May Marston

Georgia-May joined Q5 in 2025 from New Zealand. Since joining Q5, she has worked across the financial services sector, delivering PMO, communications and change, and customer-focused work within M&A environments.

Prior to joining Q5, Georgia-May spent four years at PwC New Zealand in the People and Organisation team. There, she delivered projects across workforce strategy and planning, organisation design, employee experience, and communications and change for clients in the public, financial services, utilities, and education sectors.

Outside of work, Georgia-May is involved in a range of clubs and activities, including netball, theatre, book clubs, and art.
