We’re delighted to welcome Liz Hirst to Q5 as an Associate Partner.
Liz joins Q5 from Wharton Business Consulting, where she led the Organisational Design Practice. She brings 18 years’ experience as a consulting leader, delivering complex transformation programmes across a wide range of industries.
Liz has deep expertise across the full spectrum of organisational performance, from culture change and leadership development to operating model and organisation design. Throughout her career, she has partnered closely with senior leaders in Banking and Insurance, Retail, Logistics, Hospitality, Mining and Consumer Goods, helping organisations build the structures, capabilities and cultures needed to deliver sustainable performance.
At Q5, Liz will work alongside leadership teams to tackle their most critical organisational challenges. Her focus will be on designing effective operating models and helping organisations build clarity, alignment and momentum in increasingly complex environments.
