Claire is a Director at Q5 and a specialist in HR, leadership, and organisational development, with extensive hands-on experience leading change and transformation, coupled with in-depth academic knowledge. She moved into consulting following twenty years’ experience within senior organisational development and HR leadership roles at well-known and respected companies, including Mars Inc., Dyson, and Lavazza.
Claire partners with clients across sectors, within our organisation design, talent, capability, and change practices. Uniquely positioned, due to her understanding of the challenges facing leaders and the business pressures to deliver, Claire is respected and valued by clients for her ability to take the complicated and simplify it. Combining her pragmatic approach with a desire to help others, she is passionate about putting people at the heart of change and engaging whole organisations in change efforts to foster involvement and collaboration.
Claire is a Fellow of the CIPD, holds an MSc in Organisation Development, and is accredited in several psychometric tools.
Outside of work, Claire spends a lot of her free time either playing or watching sport, and having recently renovated the family home, putting her passion for interior design into practice.
