William is a senior business leader and consultant with over 15 years’ experience driving organisational transformation through operating model and organisation redesign, digital enablement, workforce strategy, and change management programs. With a strong understanding of the commercial challenges faced by Australian and global businesses and institutions, he specialises in helping organisations navigate complexity and deliver meaningful, sustainable change. William brings a breadth of expertise across retail, health, higher education, research, public sector, multinationals, ASX, and large private organisations.
William started his career in HR and corporate advisory before joining Deloitte’s consulting practice. Prior to Q5, he co-founded and served as a Client and board director at Levant Consulting, where he developed a high-performing team and led a range of large-scale and short-term strategic organisational effectiveness programs.
Complementing his professional experience, William holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business (HR). Outside work, William is an avid reader, Star Trek tragic and double bass player.
