James Illingworth

James is a proactive, conscientious, and analytical consultant based in Q5’s London office. He enjoys collaborating with clients and adapting his approach to meet their unique challenges. Since joining Q5, James has worked across a range of sectors, including financial services, the public sector, nuclear, and healthcare, delivering projects in organisational design, transformation, and digital implementation.

Prior to joining Q5, James worked in the defence and energy sectors, gaining experience with breakthrough technologies such as artificial intelligence and renewable energy storage systems. James graduated from the University of Birmingham with a first-class Master’s degree in Chemistry, during which he worked in the healthcare and medical research sectors.
