Q5 was founded in London in 2009 with a clear ambition: to build a consulting firm focused on organisational health. While many firms concentrated on strategy, systems or large-scale transformation, we saw an opportunity to help organisations succeed through people, leadership and culture.
In 2015, Q5 expanded into Australia, launching in Sydney and bringing together local insight with global expertise. Today, our Australian team works across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, partnering with organisations throughout Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
We believe lasting change happens when strategy, culture and leadership move together. That’s why we work closely with clients to solve complex challenges in practical, people-centred ways, balancing long-term ambition with the realities of day-to-day delivery.
