• Align your transformation delivery with your overarching strategy – define and develop vision, scope, strategic direction and capability blueprints ​
• Create a transformation portfolio in alignment with strategic goals – including governance, prioritisation of initiatives, value tracking mechanisms
• Establish strategic portfolio-level management (including roles, responsibilities, interfaces and ways of working)
• Develop a roadmap for transformation​ and mobilise and embed governance into the organisation​

Maintaining momentum and realising value, while actively managing change to bring people with you. Transferring and embedding activity, new ways of working and capability into the organisation to realise lasting value.​

An indication of how we might support you:​

• Coordinate and actively manage the transformation portfolio, developing insight and identifying anddelivering targeted interventions to maintain momentum and adoption​
• Shape the overarching change strategy and governance, ensuring transformation activity is coordinatedwith the people and organisational change required to deliver it​
• Coordinate benefits tracking, value management and strategic communications, ensuring progress andoutcomes are understood across the organisation​
• Run status and reporting processes, managing interdependencies and providing real-time risk awareness,including identifying and addressing barriers to change​
• Conduct in-flight reviews and define course-correction requirements, drawing on delivery performance,stakeholder feedback and adoption​
• Provide hands-on change management support across priority programmes and projects, from changeimpact assessment and stakeholder engagement through to communications and implementation​
• Prepare and upskill operational owners, facilitating structured handovers and building the capabilityrequired to sustain new ways of working​
• Support operational owners to embed and sustain adoption, tracking whether changes are taking hold anddelivering the intended value​

• Develop and deliver a bespoke programme review (using an SME playbook and proprietary diagnostic tools)​
• Develop and deliver progress maturity diagnostics​
• Deliver a partnership health check for any strategic partnerships​
• Deliver turnaround support, through Red teams and SWAT team capabilities, providing targeted interventions or change​ delivery support as needed
