Joel is an experienced strategy practitioner. His career has focused on developing and delivering insightful strategies that help organisations succeed in the face of complex change.
He specialises in diagnosing critical market challenges, developing creative and decisive strategies, and building the portfolios, relationships and propositions to deliver the right business outcomes.
Before joining Q5, Joel held senior roles in corporate, innovation and emerging technology strategy at Thales, a technology and systems group working in strategic sectors. Previously, he worked for the Key Systems Adviser team in the UK Ministry of Defence, TechUK / Intellect and Accenture. Recent clients include blue chip companies in retail, infrastructure and technology.
Away from work, Joel is found warily trailing after his young children, playing in rock bands, building guitars or reclining in an armchair with a history book and a whisky.
