Grace joined Q5 in August 2020, having spent two and a half years prior in a smaller Consultancy. She brings with her a broad range of experience across many aspects of business transformation, including business change, process design and project management.
With previous experience in HR, L&D and Leadership Development, Grace also has a good understanding of HR functions and Organisation Design.
Grace is a thoughtful and perceptive Consultant, who approaches complex problems with curiosity and creativity. All whilst having fun along the way.
Having obtained her degree from the University of Birmingham in History of Art, Grace retains this interest through drawing, painting and visiting exhibitions when she can. Otherwise she can be found somewhere between exploring new parts of London by bike, in the pub with friends, or trading city life in for some peace and fresh air up in the Lake District.
