George is a Senior Consultant based in Q5’s London Office. He is an experienced and practical consultant who is proficient at working across the full spectrum of the project delivery lifecycle, from design through to implementation. He has particular expertise in balancing organisation design theory with client practicalities, with recent work including enterprise-wide reorganisation for a high street retailer and the merging of an arm’s length body into a government department.
He enjoys understanding, distilling and resolving organisational challenges and works in a collaborative manner with clients to embed the solutions. Prior to joining Q5, George worked at Accenture delivering business and technology transformation projects. Outside of work George aims to be outdoors as much as possible, preferably either playing sport or eating and drinking, occasionally mixing the two.
