Having started her career in Change Management, Emily is a Principal Consultant who has been involved in a variety of projects across multiple sectors since joining Q5 in 2018; always with a focus on stakeholder engagement and building resilience to change. Keen to apply her experience to different environments, Emily enjoys embedding herself within different organisations to fully understand their culture and drive meaningful transformation.
Some of the projects Emily has worked on include organisational design at BT, change management at IAG Cargo, transforming Heathrow Airport’s learning function, assessing organisational maturity at The Crown Estate, developing a grading framework with Sheffield Forgemasters and delivering large-scale programme management for both HMRC and the NHS. As well as project delivery, Emily also enjoys getting involved in Q5 Pop-Up Consulting, where she has had the privilege of working with organisations like the NSPCC.
An avid reader, theatre-goer and yoga enthusiast, Emily is a lover of stories and can usually be found curled up with a book when she is not spending time with family and friends.
