Ann is a Director at Q5 responsible for all things organisation culture related and leads a variety of projects in the Organisation Development and Culture team. Prior to Q5 Ann spent more than 20 years working across a variety of HR specialisms including organisation culture, leadership development, talent, employee engagement and coaching. The early part of Ann’s career had a strong retail bias working with Selfridges, Kingfisher and Marks and Spencer. Prior to Q5 she moved into media working for part of News Corp, before flying solo for a period when she worked as an independent consultant and accredited executive coach.
Now working across a variety of sectors Ann is passionate about helping organisations shape and deliver the culture that will support the achievement of their goals whilst creating the conditions that enable people to do their best work. With an MSc in positive psychology and coaching psychology she believes that creating an environment where people can thrive in their work not only helps the individual but also the whole organisation.
Ann loves the mountains, skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer but balances this with making the most of London life which she enjoys with her chap, two kids and Scout, the cat.
