Akshi is a Senior Consultant at Q5 with over five years of experience helping organisations navigate complex strategy, transformation and performance challenges. Her experience spans the public and private sectors, with a particular focus on government, transport, education and financial services.
Originally from Melbourne, Akshi draws on her experience across both Australian and UK organisations. She is passionate about helping clients tackle complex problems, build alignment across diverse stakeholder groups and translate ambition into practical, deliverable outcomes.
Known for her collaborative approach and strong stakeholder management, Akshi works alongside leaders and delivery teams to create lasting impact through effective strategy, transformation and organisational change.
Prior to joining Q5, Akshi worked in a Big 4 Strategy & Transformation practice, delivering large-scale transformation, operating model and organisational change programmes. She holds a first-class Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Melbourne.
Outside of work, Akshi enjoys being outdoors, discovering new restaurants and is always planning her next travel adventure.
