Jen has a background in organisational development and change and joined Q5 in 2015 from the global energy group EDF. She has also worked in policy and strategy development in NGOs and for government.
Jen enjoys helping organisations to clarify their goals and priorities and in building the governance, engagement and behaviour required to bring those goals to life in a practical, sustainable way. She has expertise in facilitating and coaching teams to accelerate and embed change. Jen has an undergraduate degree in geography from Cambridge University and a masters in social and market research.
Jen has two sons who take up most of her spare time and energy. In a parallel life she would have liked to be an interior designer but instead fritters time and money on that as a hobby.
