Before joining Q5 in early 2016, Emily worked at Cancer Research UK. Her career began working in organisational design and development and she developed expertise in implementing strategic organisational design, employee engagement initiatives, culture change and process redesign.
Emily builds strong client relationships and has worked on a number of project across sectors including retail, non-for-profit, and financial services.
Emily holds a first class BSc (hons) degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds.
Outside of work, you’ll find Emily in a spinning class or enjoying the latest new brunch spot in London, usually in that order. Emily loves to travel and enjoys finding a challenge to add to the adventure; climbing Mount Kilimanjaro being the most notable one to date.
