Mel Dunn

Mel specialises in stakeholder management, building trust and credibility with her clients to understand their requirements, and together establish sustainable behavioural change that will improve working relationships and engagement.

Mel is also a communications expert advising on best practices, co-ordinating and producing high-profile deliverables to support change-management programmes. She is adept at workshop planning and facilitation, driving positive results including establishing key priorities along with project goals and ownership. In addition, Mel has worked on several organisational re-design projects, helping the businesses create structural blueprints that make them more efficient and cut costs.

Previous clients include British Gas, Addison Lee, Lloyds Banking Group, BHS, Arcadia Group, EMAP, Royal Dutch Shell and Wincanton. Mel has a first-class honours economics degree from the University of Exeter Business School.

In her spare time Mel enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, jogging and experimenting with new vegetarian dishes. She also loves all breeds of dogs and at the weekend can often be found walking in the countryside with her dad’s retired police search dog, Max.
