Laura has 20 years’ experience of working with business teams to drive and embed change from strategy concept through to organisation design, development, and transformation management. She started her career as a Management Consultant at Accenture before moving to in house and interim functional and operational management roles across several industries, including BAA, Laing O’Rourke, Balfour Beatty, Burberry, NBC Universal and London Business School.
Laura specialises in driving organisation effectiveness by working with divergent stakeholder groups across organisations to gain executive alignment on the areas where the organisation needs to evolve, what that evolution looks like and how it interconnects across the whole organisation.
Laura has a passion for working with individuals and teams to maximise their performance and deliver tangible change and is known to have a naturally collaborative working style.
Laura has worked in Asia and the UK and has a love for travel, although the arrival of two young children, Noah and Elodie, has seen a reduction in her travel adventures in recent years.
Laura has recently taken up paddle boarding, as she has a love for being close to water. Her most recent experience was a close call with a weir on the River Avon and a forced stop by hitting a moored boat.
