What is a 'Connective Organisation'? 

 

We were starting to get the same questions repeating themselves from concerned clients.  They are worried about the future of work, the pace of change and how their organisation can adapt.  So we conducted extensive global research which to five ‘game-changing traits’ which organisations will need to build and nurture to thrive.  These five traits include Purpose, Ecosystem, Adaptability, Real Empowerment, and Leadership (PEARL).  The PEARL framework which outlines what it takes to successfully build the organisation of the future: the 'connective organisation'.
