Ann Paul

Throughout Ann’s career the idea of developing organisations through developing the people that work within them has been a dominant theme.  Her passion is working with individuals and teams - often at a leadership level - helping them to maximise their potential and impact. 

With extensive experience working in-house across a wide range of HR disciplines in highly commercial organisations, Ann now applies this knowledge to our client projects in the people and organisation development space.  An experienced coach and facilitator, Ann typically works on projects that include leadership development, team effectiveness, change leadership, talent and engagement. 

In her spare time Ann loves to ski, although she still misses her snowboard which she reluctantly put out to pasture a few years ago.  She’s also now at the stage where her two children are better and faster skiers than she is although she’s still trying to keep up with them – at least for a few more years.
