We always try to build our client's capabilities. We are often asked to support the development of individuals and teams. We've pulled these together into a series of modules that anyone can access


It occurred to us that many of the ingredients needed to build a great consultant are, in fact, universal business skills – things like being a good facilitator; understanding finance and value; presenting ideas with passion; and knowing how to negotiate.  So, here it is, our Q5 menu of one-day modules, which can be booked as single stand-alone sessions, or in groups of two or more:
