James is a highly motivated and conscientious analyst, who familiarises and embeds himself quickly within an organisation. He is adept at drawing accurate conclusions from both quantitative and qualitative analysis, and works closely with his clients to understand fully the sectors in which they operate.
Since joining Q5, James has been involved in projects that focus on organisation design, operating framework construction, and workshop planning and facilitation. He has honed his stakeholder management skills at large and complex organisations such as Babcock, the Greater London Authority, the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and the British Council.
James holds a 2:1 in BA in History from the University of Bristol. In his spare time James enjoys running, travelling and is a keen West Ham United FC fan.
