Kyle brings an expertise in the people side of business, providing supported clients in cultural transformation, organisation design, strategic capability, leadership alignment and development and change management. He brings together individuals from across the business to create solutions that deliver meaningful change to the way that organisations work.
Kyle has worked with clients across multiple industries including the public service, utilities/infrastructure, finance and not-for-profit.
Kyle has a Doctorate in Organisational Psychology and a Masters of Philosophy (Organisational Psychology).
In his spare time Kyle likes reading (mostly history), meeting new people and going for walks with his wife and son.
