John specialises in the development and delivery of transformation programmes across the full business change lifecycle. He has deep experience in change management, organisation design and learning and development, and draws on his background in psychology to drive change in organisations using behavioural mechanisms.
John has worked across industries in a number of contexts including business transformation, large-scale system implementation, shared-service deployment and cost reduction.
Prior to a career in consulting, John qualified as a clinical psychologist, obtaining his doctorate from the University of Oxford. A proud Scotsman, John is married with two young children and enjoys walking and the outdoors.
