Jen has extensive experience in business change, organisation design and development, and communication & stakeholder management. Jen brings particular know-how in delivering change in business services and risk and control functions of global organisations, and as an experienced executive coach, she enjoys working with individuals and teams navigating change.
She has also held several in-house business and IT programme management roles, including leading a multi-year cross-functional data and documentation change programme at a global investment bank. Now with Q5, her work spans organisation design, leadership development and organisation change - focusing on sustainable organisation design and helping leadership teams embed change.
With international organisations as the common thread throughout her career, Jen has lived and worked in the US, Central America, and the UK in addition to leading projects with a far-reaching global footprint.
Coming from a farming background, Jen is as comfortable walking fields of wheat as the open spaces on the Heath in North London where she lives with her husband and young son. She knows a bit about single malt whisky and is happy to share a dram and talk politics, travel plans, life or her latest experiments in the kitchen - not necessarily in that order!
