Phoebe Dunn

Phoebe is a principal consultant at Q5, specialising in change projects and how they affect a company's people. After starting her career in Japan, Phoebe held international roles in strategic planning, research and customer relationship management in the asset and wealth management industry. She then joined boutique consulting firm, Square Peg International, where she won the UK Institute of Consulting’s ‘Consultant of the Year 2011’ for work with The Coca-Cola Company, Birds Eye Iglo and The Mileage Company.

Phoebe focuses on supporting clients through complex transitions; helping leaders and their teams bring their strategy to life. She has a well-earned reputation for combining strategic insight with acute attention to detail and brings both perspective and pragmatism to her work in leadership-team development, cultural change and programme design and management.

Much of Phoebe’s work is international – she has supported clients across, Africa and the Middle East, Eurasia, Europe, and closer to home in the UK. She is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), holds an MA in modern languages from the University of Oxford and is a qualified practitioner of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

Phoebe lives in North London with her husband and two children. Her tastes are eclectic: she’s just as happy translating art books from French as she is watching Strictly Come Dancing.
