Chris Parsons

Chris is a founding partner of Q5 and has over 25 years experience of helping clients deliver significant organisational change. Chris has operated at senior levels across the media, financial services and public sectors, focusing on organisation design, change programme delivery and cultural engagement. His previous clients include Barclays, the BBC, Channel 4, Credit Suisse, Guardian News & Media, Lloyds Banking Group, News International, Ministry of Justice, SAB Miller and Virgin Media.

Starting his career with Accenture, Chris then moved to head up the change management practice of Penna, before becoming a director of niche organisation effectiveness consultancy, 7days. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with his clients to improve the effectiveness of what they do and how they do it; delivering improved operating models, enhanced capabilities and highly engaged work forces.

Chris has a degree in business economics and organisational studies from Reading University. He is the proud father of two fantastic boys and married to a wonderfully understanding wife. He enjoys music (is already managing his son's band) and running. Despite being an ardent pacifist, he really enjoys driving tanks whenever he can!
